When an office, factory, school, hospital or apartment building has several purifiers or an RO plant, filter changes are easy to forget until the water tastes wrong or the flow drops. Calling for service each time means waiting, unplanned costs and no record of what was done. KajKori's annual maintenance contract (AMC) in Rajshahi keeps your purifiers and water plants on a regular schedule, so checkups and filter changes happen on time.
The contract starts with a survey of your units. Our team lists every purifier or plant with its location, model and current condition, and agrees with you how often the checkups will happen and what each visit covers. You see the full scope, the visit schedule and the contract price before you sign, so there are no surprises during the year.
The corporate AMC package covers routine checkups at the agreed interval. On each visit the technician checks water flow, leaks, connections and the condition of the filters, and replaces filters according to the agreed plan. If a unit needs a repair or a part that is outside the contract, the team tells you what is wrong and quotes it first, and the work is done only after you approve it.
The contract price depends on the number and type of units, how often they are checked, which filters are included and your location. Send a list of your purifiers or plants with their brands and locations on WhatsApp, and our team will arrange a survey and confirm the AMC plan and price.
