KajKori (“we”, “us”) runs www.kajkoribd.com, a home and technical service platform in Rajshahi City, with car rental across Bangladesh. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Details you give us. When you request a service or quotation, send a contact message or leave a review, we keep what you type: name, phone number, and optionally email, address, company, quantity, the service or product, and your message.
- Basic visit information. To understand which pages help people, our site logs page views and clicks on call, WhatsApp, email and quotation buttons. Each log holds the page address, the referring page, your browser type, a session ID and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, not the IP itself. These logs are deleted automatically after 15 days.
- Cookies. We use only the cookies the site needs to work: a session cookie, a security (CSRF) cookie and your language choice (English/Bangla). We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or ad trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to you, confirm scope and price, and arrange the service or quotation you asked for.
- To send our team an email notification when a new request comes in.
- To prepare quotations and invoices you asked for.
- To improve the site using the short-lived visit logs.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
- KajKori staff who handle requests.
- The service provider or technician assigned to your job, only the details needed to do it (for example your name, phone and address).
- Email and hosting providers that run the site and our inbox (for example Google Gmail for notifications).
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests, quotations and invoices are kept as business records. Visit logs are deleted after 15 days. You can ask us to delete your details, unless we must keep a record (for example an invoice).

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect details from children.
