1. What we do
KajKori connects customers with home and technical service providers in Rajshahi City, and offers car rental across Bangladesh. Service areas are shown on each service page.
2. Requests and confirmation
A form, call or WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after our team agrees the scope, date and price with you.
3. Prices
Prices on the site, such as “Starting from”, are a guide. The final price depends on the job, and is confirmed before work starts. Extra work found on site is done only after you agree to it.
4. Quotations and payment
Quotations state the items, price and payment terms. Unless a quotation says otherwise, 70% of the amount is paid in advance.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or change the time, please tell us as early as possible.
6. Your responsibilities
Give correct contact and address details, provide safe access to the place of work, and tell us about any hazards (for example faulty wiring or fragile items).
7. Service quality and complaints
If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us and we will look into it.
8. Car rental
Bookings depend on vehicle availability. Route, dates, fuel, tolls, parking and driver arrangements are agreed in advance.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care in arranging services. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside our control (such as weather, power cuts or road closures). Our liability for a job is limited to the amount paid for that job, unless the law says otherwise.
10. Reviews and content
Reviews must be honest and about a real service. We may decline or remove reviews that are false, abusive or unrelated. Photos on the site may be illustrative.
11. Website use
Do not misuse the site, send spam through the forms or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
